– SHIPPING & RETURNS –

Melbees offers free shipping to all orders over $40 within the continental 48 U.S only, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands & Puerto Rico.

Non-continental US Addresses:

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands are shipped based on USPS real-time costs depending on the weight of the package, delivery method and final destination.

International Shipping:

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands are shipped based on USPS real-time costs depending on the weight of the package, delivery method and final destination.

Non-continental US Addresses:

Shipping Speeds:

We ship out within 48 hours, but typically within 24 hours. Our products are custom made to order to ensure freshness and quality.

TAX POLICY:

California orders are subject to tax. All out of state orders enjoy tax free!

– RETURNS & EXCHANGES –

*No sweat, all products – opened or not – can be returned for any reason. Please contact us immediately HERE, but before doing so please read the following: Send the items back to us within 7 days of the receipt of your purchase and we’ll refund your money. Once we receive the package, we’ll refund you via the same method of payment with which you paid. You will receive the full purchase price of your product minus any shipping fees (unless of course, it was an error on our part). If 20 days has passed since your original purchase date, we’re sorry, but we can’t accept the items as a return. Please read below for additional information.

*Only one product of each type can be sent back opened. For example, if you order three of our brown sugar body scrubs and want to send back all three for refund, only one can be sent back opened (the other two need to be sent back with packaging & material intact).

– HOW TO MAKE A RETURN –

1. Contact us to validate the return HERE. Place items you’re returning in sturdy packaging. In almost every case you will be able to use the same box that we sent the item to you in. Make sure all items are packed tightly and securely. We’re not responsible for breakage during shipment of returned items.

2. Indicate whether you would like an exchange or a refund.

3. Make a copy of the purchase order that was enclosed with your original order, highlight the items you are returning, and place the copy in the box with the products.

4. Use the mailing address label below to address your return shipment.

5. Take the package to your preferred shipping location to have it delivered to us. (If you’re returning a product due to a defect or an error made by us, please contact customer service for a prepaid return label.)

6. You’ll receive an email confirming your return request. Please allow 1-2 weeks for returns to process, although, they usually don’t take that long.
